Pinnacle Neurology is now closed. Unless we hear otherwise from you, your records will be transferred to Northern Neurology, which is operating in the same space as Pinnacle Neurology. If you would like your records transferred to another provider, please contact our office at 907-864-0022 and we will send the records to the selected provider upon completion of a release of information.
If you would like your records to be held securely by Northern Neurology for the period required by law, no further action is necessary. Northern Neurology’s Dr. John Kelly will be continuing care for all Pinnacle Neurology patients. Northern Neurology will only access your records upon receipt of a signed release of information or properly executed subpoena or court order, or for the purposes of ongoing treatment or response to a request to exercise your HIPAA privacy rights.

Policy Change
Beginning January 1, 2024
Our clinic will begin implementing a "No Show Fee" as well as a "Late Cancellation Fee" of $50.00
Late cancellation is classified as canceling the scheduled appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
As our current policy states, if a patient no shows or cancels their appointment with less than 24 hour notice three times, it is up to our provider's discretion to continue care.
We understand things happen, and we are willing to work with you to ensure you receive the best care. Our number one priority is our patients.
Please be courteous of our providers and staff as well as other patients who would otherwise take that opening if given enough notice.
